Events Hospitality Group ”EHG” operates on the secondary ticket market, and sells tickets and experiences at market value. In many cases market value pricing will be higher or lower than face value, and the price printed on the physical ticket. EHG has no affiliation with any act, team, venue, box office or promoter, unless otherwise stated in writing. All sales are final and refunds will not be given unless a event is postponed. This includes postponements to dates TBD

 

Refunds:

Refunds are only given if an event is canceled or if fans are prohibited from attending. In which case a refund will be issued within 45 days of the announcement of the cancelation. In rare cases EHG will require tickets to be returned in order to receive the refund.

           

 

Postponements

If an event is postponed, no refunds will be given and the tickets purchased will be valid on the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, EHG will assist in re-selling the tickets for current market value. Market value may fluctuate at time of purchase, and the ticket may be worth less or more than it was at the time of purchase.

COVID 19-

 

Please note that due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, your event may be impacted and the act, team or venues may cancel, reschedule or postpone the event. Full refunds will be available if the event is canceled, or if it takes place or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending. If a event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets may be valid for the new date, so hang onto them and we will keep you posted. Please note that separate ticket terms and conditions of the Event Organizer, venue, team or act also apply to tickets to games and events. Please contact your rep or refer to the applicable venues website or the ticket itself to review such terms and conditions.

Additionally, as official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, the venue may shift seating configurations and increase or decrease capacity.

 

Some venues are creating sections for “vaccinated fans only” and may require proof of a full vaccine administered 14 days prior to the event. These sections can change at anytime at the discretion of the venue, team or act. Additional conditions of entry(e.g. showing proof of negative COVID test or not having a elevated temperature), social distancing and health protocols may be required for entry to the venue. You are responsible for complying with all policies including conditions of entry. As these policies are implemented by the venue and subject to change, we will do our best to inform you, but since they can change rapidly, it is your responsibility to understand these policies in advance and comply with them at the event. Please review the details of your ticket to ensure you meet all the requirements and refer to the venue or contact your rep for the latest information.

 

If you are denied entry or dismissed from an event due to the failure to comply with any venue policies, you will not be compensated by Events Hospitality Group. By attending any event, you assume all rick of exposure to COVID-19.

 

Should an event get canceled or take place without fans, we will notify you and automatically issue a full refund of the ticket price. In some rare cases the ticket may have to be returned to EHG, in which case you will be refunded upon receipt of the ticket. If an event is postponed, no refunds will be issued and the ticket will be valid for the new date and time.
