A Note on Scheduling & COVID-19 Terms

Please note that due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, your event may be impacted and the act, team or venues may cancel, reschedule or postpone the event. Full refunds will be available if the event is canceled, or if it takes place or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending. If a event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets may be valid for the new date, so hang onto them and we will keep you posted. Please note that separate ticket terms and conditions of the Event Organizer, venue, team or act also apply to tickets to games and events. Please contact your rep or refer to the applicable venues website or the ticket itself to review such terms and conditions.


Additionally, as official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, the venue may change entry requirements, shift seating configurations and increase or decrease capacity. Entry requirements can include, but not limited to — proof of full vaccination, proof of negative COVID-19 testing within a certain time frame, mask mandates.

Covid-19 Acknowledgement
By attending an Event, all customers are acknowledging their consent to, and agreed to abide by, the safety precautions set forth on by the venue, act, team, and local government. You also acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, and, by attending an event, you and those in your party are voluntarily assuming such risk.
